Acquisition of ib-complan by Trace Interact GmbH

The company "ib-complan", managed by Mr. Ralf Schiessl since 1995, will be taken over by "Trace Interact GmbH". This acquisition opens up new perspectives for us and strengthens our ability to offer high-quality services as well as hard- and software in the future. The Trace Interact GmbH, located in Neukirchen in the heart of Lower Bavaria, consists of a small, creative and technical team with many years of experience in the areas of electronics, mechanical engineering and automotive. This knowledge enables us to establish or improve digital processes in business and production processes. With our product line 3STAC we offer a variety of innovative technologies to ensure the traceability of data, to simplify quality inspections and to optimize processes. For more than 20 years we have been creating flexible and effective solutions together with our customers. We are very proud of this and look forward to further exciting projects.
